Monday November 30, 2020- School and Not Much More in the Florida Keys

Here are a few pictures from the area that we are in. It's the best of the beach life!!!  The waters are gorgeous and the Skys are clear.

Today was a weird day.  Scotty's phone never turned up so he had to use my phone all day for work. That means that I got no pictures of the day.  I did get pictures in the morning but that was it. :(. I was sad about that.  Scotty was able to order another phone but it will take a bit before we get it.  That means that the next few days I won't have the major photo overload like I usually do.  :(.  The good news is that Scotty's ear seems to be better.  It isn't bothering him anymore :)

Today we had grand plans: School, snorkeling, skate park and so much more.  Ya know what we got to?   School.  That's it. By the time we were done with school and all packed up to go play, it started to rain with the potential of lightening.  Oof.  We were so sad.  The kids and I had to forgo the skate park and the snorkeling.  I was a bit grumpy about that.  Today was or last full day here in the Keys and I wanted to use it to do more stuff, but that didn't happen.  I tried to have a good attitude but I failed, so I put myself to bed early.  hahah. The kids were a bit sad but they bounced back easily.  They ended up watching movies and playing games all night.

Tomorrow is a travel day for us.   This is a killer place to vacation.  We defenantly need to come back here one day.

This was my "after run" chill!!!

While we were looking in the water, I saw a shark swim by.  It was crazy!!!

  1. Ah, I'm sorry your last day didn't work out so well. That pesky weather! Safe travels to your next stop.

I'm glad you found a nice branch to attend on Sunday. Mia Hibbits and I spoke in our ward on the topic of Facing our Trials and How God has prepared us for them.
