After sleeping in, we packed up and left New Orleans for Memphis Tennessee. We departed around 11 AM and arrived closer to 7 PM. It was a long drive but we arrived safe and sound.
Today we drove through four states. We started in Louisiana, then we hit Mississippi, followed by Tennessee and then we arrived in Arkansas. Our campground is in West Memphis which is actually in Arkansas, not Tennessee.
Don't be a distracted driver or you will get coal in your stocking hahahahah
One funny story that happened today was that we were at a truck stop getting gas. A white truck pulled up next to us that looked like our truck. A few people got out of the truck and went into the store. After a while, a lady came out of the store and headed to "her" truck. She saw our truck and thought it was hers. She walked up to our truck (and we were watching her the whole time), she opened up our door and looked in. It took her a minute to realize that it wasn't her car. All of a sudden she started laughing and saying that she was so sorry. We were all laughing. Then about 2 minutes later, a guy came walking out to go to "his" car and saw our car and did the exact same thing. He went to open our door and then realized that it wasn't his car. It was so funny. They were so embarrassed. I saw the lady laughing and telling the others what she had done. Before we left, we pulled up to them and laughed with them. So silly!!!
After we arrived, we were all tired so we didn't set up completely. We just ate dinner, watched a movie and then went to bed. Tomorrow we can set up the bikes.
