Happy Thursday!!!
Today we started off the day with our normal scripture study and school. We finished school around noon and then we set sail to Biscayne National Park.
On a side note, this city of Homestead and the campground we are in, are probably the most "unliked" of all the stops. We don't like the city here, we don't like the campground and honestly, it's a bit eerie here. We only have today and tomorrow at this stop so we will try to stay safe and make the most of it here.
On our next trip, we will skip this spot for sure.
As for our day, I did laundry while we did school.
The reason for this stop was to visit Biscayne National Park. This national park had the largest marine water ways of all the national parks. Part of the coral reef is in these waters. It's very lovely. The best way to explore the park is to go by boat or kayak and snorkel. We didn't feel like snorkeling because the waters were a bit choppy and it was cooler than we liked. So we just walked around and looked for fishes!! In the visitors center we saw a video that explained more about the park and it's history. Now we can check off this park. Of all the parks, we probably won't come back to visit this one. I used Ashers phone to take pictures. Scotty is still using my phone.

After the park we tired to kill time close to our trailer. There really isn't anything going on around here. We couldn't find a movie theatre or anything to do. Like I said, this place is a bit weird.
