Wednesday September 16, 2020 - Louisville Kentucky

We hit Louisville today to see all the cool stuff.  Louisville is seriously a great city.  I've heard that they have had serious protests, but we didn't see any.  We drove by some really cool buildings and were all in awe by the architecture.  I didn't see any homeless people.  That threw me off a bit.

Sorry ladies, not in my blog   😅

Here is the Louisville Slugger museum and factory.

Kentucky Derby Museum  and ChurchHill Downs. They have all the Derby races here.  We all wished that they were having a race this weekend.  I would love to see a race here one day.  We didn't let Taj walk today,  just to make sure his leg was OK.  I think he secretly liked being pulled around in the wagon.

We found this cool waterfall.  The hike was like 5 feet so we carried Taj and let him see it.

This is what you typically see along side the freeways here.  Isn't it beautiful.  Carved out rock with lush green trees growing out of it.  Just stunning.

Then we hit a skatepark. Taj was super sad to not play but he was very obedient and stayed in the wagon.  I felt so bad for him.  Asher decided that he wanted to jump on the “injured list” and he sprained his ankle at the park.  His ankle got so huge and swollen. Oh boy.  What is up with my kids? Why are they getting injured now? It's not like we have never done these activities before.  How weird is it that when we were home the kids never got hurt, and now that we are out of town, they get injured all the time.  It's crazy!!

Scotty found this black widow on our trailer.  I wanted to barf. 🤢🤮. When we got home we had to pack up the trailer because tomorrow is a travel day.  We are heading to Ohio.  I'm excited to see Ohio.
