The kids were much more focused today for school. They worked hard and got a lot done!!!!! It was good because they made up for the lack of focus yesterday. Pepper is researching Liberty Jail and Graham is researching Hawns Mill. I'm excited to see what they come up with. Taj is doing great and can now spell 6 site words. His reading has improved a lot since he's been out of public school.

Yesterday Graham said that he had something on his back that was bugging him. It was this mole. It looked iffy to me so I made him an appointment to get it checked out today. I found a great dermatologist that seemed really cool. The doctor said that the mole doesn't look like a problem to him but the fact that it was bugging Graham was a red flag for him. So he took a biopsy of it and we will find out in two weeks if it's OK or not. Prayers please that it will be OK. After the appointment I could see that Graham was a bit worried so I pulled the truck over and had a family prayer for Graham. We prayed that the biopsy would come back clean and if not, that He would help us do what we needed to do.
The kids wanted to hit a skate park today. Asher found one that was in Kansas!!! We weren't going to go into Kansas on the trip so I agreed to drive to the skate park just so that we could put the Kansas sticker on our US map :))))) The kids enjoyed the park and I met some fun locals (Kim 💓) . We stayed there until they were done scooting, then we drove back to Homie for bed!!!!

I'm sorry to hear about Scotty's aunt. Isn't the gospel a wonderful blessing???!!! I hope you can do the virtual tour, at least, of Liberty Jail. Last time we were in the area there wasn't much to see at Hawn's Mill, but I think they've built it up. Will you go to Adam-ondi-Ahman?
