This beautiful morning Scotty and I found a great trail system from the AllTrails App. I ran and Scotty biked like usual. It was so nice to get out in nature. We love our time together exercising. Kentucky is so green and beautiful. We have really enjoyed nature here.

Recess was all about the jumpy pad today. The kids are going to miss having this jumpy pad so close.

To celebrate my two boys who have bdays in September, we went to a DEFY jumpy place. This place is just like DoJo Boom in Thousand Oaks CA. The kids played and did all their crazy tricks. You know they are having fun when no one stops for a break and every time they pass by you they comment on how much fun they are having. I tried to get some air shots. I did my best. Everyone was sweaty and smelly by the end of the 90 minutes.

Today was a day of Good News and Bad News. First the good news. I called the dermatologist that took the moles off of Graham's back and he told me that the samples came back non cancerous. Best news ever. Now for the bad new = The fun at the jumpy park came to an abrupt stop when I looked over and saw Taj crying. This kid never cries. I knew it was bad. I ran over and he said that his leg crunched and he broke it. Sweet little guy. I got some ice on it and waited to see if he could walk it off or not. After 15 minutes our session was over so we left. An hour after his fall, he was still in a lot of pain and would not walk, so I took him to an Urgent Care. They took an X-Ray and said that his bones look OK but that there was a small possibility that he fractured his bone. They suggested that we take him to an Orthopedic to get it checked out. I think I will wait a few days and see how he does. If he is still in pain and won't walk, then we will have to take him to an Orthopedic. Oof. Poor little guy. I hope and pray that he can walk with no pain here soon.

I'm so sorry and hope that Taj's injury will not prove serious. It's fun seeing the kids get all of their energy out. When you get home I want one of them to be my exercise buddy. The birthday dinner and celebrations looked great!
