Happy happy Sunday. We did our own church meeting today because our local ward wasn't meeting. Our home ward was doing a zoom meeting but unfortunately we couldn't make it. After our family church meeting we had to pack up fast to check out of our campground.

Today we were so blessed to go and spend the day with my dad's Aunt Mary and her family.  Oh my, we had a blast.  On the way I saw this flat of pumpkins.  Aren't they cute?

We drove about 20 minutes to Oakfield NY to visit my family.  We had to take our trailer  because check out time was at 11 AM. We were worried about where we would park our huge trailer.  On google maps we found this great café called Oak Grill and Café right across the street from Aunt Mary's house.  This is Mike (or Pickle) and Donna.  They are the owners of the café and they were so amazing to let us park our trailer in their parking lot while we visited my relatives for the day. Thank you so much Donna and Pickle! We will forever be grateful for your kindness.

We visited my dad's Aunt Mary (who is 90 and looks amazing) along with Linda and Butch Giambrone, Victor Giambrone , Valorie (Giambrone) and her husband.  They made us the most awesome meal. We had homemade red sauce over noodles with the most savory chicken and meatballs.  Oh my, we were in heaven. I just love my Italian side of the family.  They were so gracious to us and shared all their food and toys with us. Then, they made the best apple cobbler and ice cream for dessert.  It was so special for me to be able to spend time talking and laughing about stories of my dad and grandpa. Sadly, I  don't get to see this side of our family hardly at all but boy do I love them. When I left, I was very sad because I had no idea when I would ever see them again. God be with you all, until we meet again.  I'm so grateful that families are eternal. These people will always be in my heart.

Not only did they feed us, but they sent us home with left over's and these yummy foods.  Bread, Italian tomatoes from the garden and canned tomatoes ready to make spaghetti sauce.  We felt spoiled and loved. I feel so grateful that my kids were able to meet their Italian side of the family.
