Today we took a scenic train ride up the north shore of Lake Superior. The lake is absolutely majestic. The ride was only about an hour and we rode up the coast for a while then rode back the same way. On the way back I looked up the Grandma's Marathon that they have here every year and I realized that we were riding right along the route. I would LOVE to come back here to run the marathon when I can. We learned that there was a huge fire here in the early 1900's that cost them over 1.9 billion dollars to fix and over 450 people died in it. Crazy!!! 
After the train ride the kids voted to go back to Heritage Skate Park in Wisconsin. We spent 3 hours there. The locals were super impressed with Asher. It was so funny for me to listen to what they were saying about him. "He's the best I've ever seen". Stuff like that. They all started videoing him and connecting with him on social media. We all had fun. I seriously feel at home when we are at skate parks. 
Scotty and the boys went for a mountain bike ride tonight. A huge part of the mountain was closed so they rode 2 of the trails. It wasn’t amazing but they still had a good time.
Glad to see Asher is back on wheels!!
