Sunday June 6, 2021 - Church and the Kiddle Family

We joined the 9 AM ward here in Port Angeles.  This was the right ward to go to .  Know why???  Because we met the Kiddle family.  Instant friends!!!  After church Matt Kiddle started talking to me about our trip. Then his wife Amanda came over and started talking to us.  Then she told me that she is in the process of writing a book called Covid is Stupid and I knew we needed to be friends.  They were so sweet and invited us over to their house for dinner and a family bike ride. They are a huge biking family just like us:)))

Here we are at their house! Their kids Heidi, Ivan and  Leisl  connected with our kids so fast! It was easy to have them together and so fun to watch them connect! Matt, Amanda, Scotty and I had so much fun talking and cooking.  It was as if we have known them our whole lives.  Instant friends!!  

We all went on a family bike ride along the Discovery Trail path system that they have here.  It's a beautiful trail that goes for like 120 miles or something like that.  

Back at the house, they filled our stomachs with the yummiest pizza ever!  They have a pizza oven thingy that cooked the pizza to perfection.  When we get home and have space,  I totally want one of these ovens!  Thank you Kiddle family for spending time with us and for making us feel loved and welcome!  We will never forget y'all!! It's people like these guys who inspire me to be better.   I want to be more giving and loving.  Now y'all need to come visit us in CA so we can return the love:)))
