Today was the day!! We finally got to head up and see Olympic National Park. So apparently, this national park is really spread out. You have to drive all over the place to see the whole park. We narrowed our day trip down to Hurricane Ridge which is just one part of the park. From Port Angeles, we drove about an hour and some up the mountain to Hurricane Ridge. The temperature dropped down to 40 degrees and snow covered the hills. But oh man, this place is stunning.
Hurricane Ridge has a short hike that we went on. It was cold but the kids were troopers and didn't complain too much. They all took turns laying down though;)) hahaha.
Pepper fed a cute squirrel. He came and got the chip right out of her hand.

On the way home, we saw a bear. He was so cute.
We had a great day exploring and went home tired. In this picture below, you can see Canada!!
