The ward today started at 1 PM. That meant that we had a ton of time this morning!! We got up and made our own McGriddles!! Pancakes with eggs, bacon and cheese!! Yummy!! We had plenty of time to do our Come Follow Me and to dress for church. I love relaxing Sunday mornings. And, we still managed to be 5 minutes late for church Hahahahaha

At church, we made a connection with one of the ward members. This guys name is Teem!! His sisters name is Tarja and her family is in our ward back in Simi Valley! When we made the connection we were so excited. I called Tarja and we all talked and laughed together.

We also met a really cool family at church. Please meet the Amy and Jared Kidd family. Their 6 kids were all around our kids ages so they hit it off at church. Amy and I decided that we had to get the two families together. They traveled over to our campground so the kids could go play in the lake on the paddle boards. We ate snacks and had a wonderful time with them. Another fun family that we connected with that we will never forget. How crazy is it that we can go to church all over the country and meet people that we instantly connect with.
Trax gave me a flower. He won my hearty instantly with his adorable smile.
