Wednesday November 18, 2020 - Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

Today we spent the day in Disney's Hollywood Studios!!!  This place was amazing!!!

 

I had no idea that Universal Florida and Disney's Hollywood Studios were two different parks.  hahahah.  So, they are two different parks.  When I booked our trip, I thought we were going to Universal Florida.  Nope.  Disney has a million parks that make up Disney World.  They have Magic Kingdom, Epcot Center, Disney's Hollywood Studios, The Animal Kingdom and actually there are a bunch more that I saw.  This place is huge!!! Each park is Disney themed (obviously) and SO fun!!!  

Just for the record. . . We absolutely loved Disney's Hollywood Studios today.  Why you ask??  Because they had Star Wars land and Toy Story land.  They have other lands too, but those two were our favorites. We were blown away.  The amount of detail that they put into the decorations and the rides was mind blowing.  When we walked down the streets of Star Wars land, we actually felt like we were in the movie. The workers dressed like the people in the movie and they acted in character when they interacted with us. This place is a must do if you are ever here.    

We stayed the entire day and were probably the last people out.  No one wanted to leave.  Just to give you an idea, yesterday at Magic Kingdom we walked 15,000 steps.  Today, we walked 20,000 steps. Hollywood Studios was like part 2 of Magic Kingdom.  Can you tell we loved it??? ;)

Graham got to ride in a wheelchair today.  No, it didn't get us to the front of the lines, but he was able to keep his leg from hurting:)

We had many family favorite rides today.  One was the Tower of Terror.  Pepper loved this one.  Taj loved the Slinky Dog ride in Toy Story land.  Graham and Asher loved the Aerosmith ride and Scotty and I loved the Rise of the Rebellion ride.  Just a little information on the Rise of the Rebellion.  First of all, not everyone can ride this.  You have to get on the app and sign up either at 7am or at 2pm before it fills up. It fills up in 2 seconds flat.  I'm not kidding.  I missed the 7am time so I was on my game at the 2pm time.  Right at 2pm I got on and signed us up. I  was number 109, one of the last groups they allowed to go in.  Oh boy, we were lucky!!!!  This ride is literally their best ride ever.  It includes every kind of ride.  There was a virtual part, a ride part, a dropping part, a walking part and the story is AWESOME!  All the workers act their part.  One lady gave Asher a hard time because he was looking at buttons. We were all laughing so hard.
