Happy Mothers Day!
I can't remember the last time I got to spend Mothers Day with my mom. It was so wonderful celebrate Mothers Day together.
Pepper spent a lot of time coloring these Mothers Day pictures for the women in her life. I thought it was so thoughtful and loving of her to do that. I had to post them.
Scotty made me the best breakfast ever. He showered me with my kind of gifts and love. How did I get so lucky to have him? He's my favorite. He knows exactly what I like to eat. I was so grateful and felt so loved.
For church, we went to a local ward just outside of Redding. They were so kind. When the youth passed out their Mothers Day gifts, they included us even though we weren't part of their ward. Then in Relief Society, they showered us with chocolates. My mom and I had such a sweet time siting together in Relief Society.

Here we are. . My mom and I. Happy Mothers Day!!!1

The man who owns my heart.
Three generations of Mommas!!1
My reason for all.
My dad and I!
These four made me a mother and I love them so much. They are my heart, my reason and my glory. I love my children with all my soul.
Pepper lost a tooth today!!!

After church, we ate a yummy roast dinner. Our patio outside our trailer has been well used. We have been outside most of the time enjoying the space.
Along with Mothers Day, we celebrated my dads birthday!! It was April 19 but I wasn't able to be with him so I got him a cake!
The afternoon was spent in the woods playing, and back on our patio relaxing.

Oh, and we played the games provided by the campground.
There are two swings in the woods that we played on. I'm telling you, we love this campground. It is family friendly and it has the things that my kids in particular like.
Around 5 PM, we all packed in the trucks to drive 10 minutes into Lassen Volcanic National Park. A member from the ward told us to go up and walk around Manzanita Lake. The lake stands in front of the volcano. As we walked around it, we got great views of the volcano. This was a calm yet exciting Sunday activity. I love our National Parks as they have helped me and my family grow closer to God with their beauty.

Rainbow trout was in the lake.

These three Indian ladies were hanging out. I thought they were so beautiful, I had to take a picture of them.

Lassen Volcano

My mom loves her pinecones.
I had a little photo session with the family.
Lots of back flips today!

Back at the trailer, we finished the night playing outside. This was by far my favorite Mothers Day ever!!
