My sweet little T woke up so cute today. I just love his cheeks:))
Graham is teaching Pepper how to carve wood. They are super cute siblings.
The first half of today, I took the kids to a Grizzly and Wolf Discovery Center here in West Yellowstone. They have taken bears and wolves out of the wild that would have died. Then they rehabilitated them and now they live here in West Yellowstone.

Cute sleepy wolves. I love them.
Look at this guy. He was awake and happy.

I love this bear. He is a grizzly. Look at how big he is. We got to watch him eat his lunch.
Then we got to see these three bears come and eat their lunches. They were so cute. I'm just glad that we got to see grizzly bears behind protective bars;))
I took way too many pictures of this guy. But he was so picture perfect!! This little center was fun. I'm glad we went to see the animals there.
Lunch, food shopping and gas were the next errands I had to run.

Back at Homie, we waited for Scotty so we could go back intoYellowstone with him tonight.
When Scotty was ready, we packed up the truck and went out to play at Yellowstone Lake. On the way we saw this guy:))

At the lake, we blew up our paddle boards. The water was super cold but everyone went out on the boards to play. These SUP (Stand Up Paddleboards) were the best investment:))

Asher went all the way under the freezing water.
The lake was beautiful but cold. When everyone was done, we packed up the boards and drove across the street to eat dinner and then to find a bike trial to bike on. Guess what we saw while we ate??? Huge Bull Elk. They were huge!!!! I totally took way too many pictures but look how big the antlers were on one of them. Crazy!!!

This one was following Taj because he was eating his cheese and pepperonis. This shot is when he popped his head over the car while smelling Taj's food. So cute!!
Just huge!!!
They came right by our truck. We were totally amazed that they came so close to us. We stayed in the truck to stay safe.

Look how close they came to us!!
Then the Elk went on their way. Thanks for the show big guys!!!
After all the excitement, we found our bike trial. When we pulled up to the trial, another couple pulled up at the same time. The husband had a BYU shirt on so we got talking to them. They were super cool. I got a picture with the wife, Tori, because she was a dance major at BYU just like me!!! She also served her mission in Argentina and I served mine in Chile. We had a lot in common. They were so fun to talk to. Then we rode our bikes over to the Natural Bridge!!

We parked our bikes at the bottom and climbed up to the top of the bridge.

Here we are on top of the Natural Bridge!!!

Guess who we saw at the top of the bridge?? These are the people who were watching Graham ride his bike across the river yesterday:)) Can you believe it?? We saw them yesterday and then today and they remembered us:)). They remembered Graham and his bike and the other kids heckling him;))) They were so cool.

This was magic!
While we were riding our bikes back to Doug, Taj pulled over to give me a flower. Tori saw it and commented that her kids used to give her dandelions:)). Taj immediately walked over and picked a flower, proceeded to walk past Scotty and I, then went right up to Tori and gave her a flower. Oh man, it melted my heart and I'm sure it melted Tori's heart. She was so cute when he gave it to her. Taj loves doing service He told me that he felt so good making her happy. What a good boy!!
If Tori and her husband were in our ward, I can tell that we would hang out and be close friends.

After the bike ride, we went out to see more fun things and animals. We saw deer, elk, bull elk, bison and a large coyote.

A couple of years ago, Scotty was right here in this cafe. He ate chicken and got food poisoning. We had to revisit his pain:)) Hahahaha. After he barfed all night, he got up the next morning and did a 100 mile ride around Yellowstone. Crazy boy!!

Wow, those animals are HUGE! I can't believe the elk would roam the parking lot. They must have gotten used to people. I don't suppose you ran into Kent and Pam Miles? Of course not, or you would have taken pictures. They were just at the Grizzly and Wolf center. They're vacationing with family from Texas.
