Zuma Beach!!
My family had to leave the beach a bit early to get home to take our Covid tests. Hawaii doesn't accept just any Covid test. They have very select companies that are Hawaii approved - As I roll my eyes. And it so happens that each of these "approved" places charge mucho dinero for their tests. We found the cheapest and most reliable company to do our test. Vault Health. Each test with Vault is $120. Yup, times that my 6 and you feel our pain. Fast forward to my whole family sitting around the table trying to take the tests. Scotty and I were able to take our test with no problems but all 4 kids couldn't take their tests. Why? Ugh. Because when I ordered the tests, there was an option that each of my minors could share my email address. This would be easiest as that, all the results would come to my email and not 6 different emails. Well, the lady on the zoom call that was supposed to watch us spit in our viles, didn't know how to chart the kids if they didn't have their own email addresses. We were so stressed because these test results have to be back before we fly out on Thursday. Scotty and I tried very hard to get a hold of someone who could help us but to no avail. The company is a New York company and apparently everyone had gone home for the day. All we could do was send our tests, and wait until tomorrow and pray that we can get the kids tests done and sent in on time. Talk about serious stress!!! Scotty and I sent our tests and tried hard not to be stressed the rest of the night about the kids tests. As plan B, I made appointments with an Urgent Care in Agoura that is Hawaii approved. If we can't us Vault for the kids, I will take them to get these other tests. We will see how tomorrow goes. Wish us well;))). These boxes below are the kids tests.

Our friends the Batemas invited us over for pizza and swim for the evening. We went over there and let me say it was a perfect distraction!! We just love them and it was fun to catch up even more;)). Ashers buddies came to pick him up there. They hung out for a bit.

The Spease's came over to say Hi to us!! We have the best ward family.
Look at the view they have from their pool. This is Simi Valley!!!
Ashers buddies. He isn't the shortest now!! I can't believe how much he's grown.
