We joined a ward in Carlsbad, New Mexico today. The meeting was fabulous. I really enjoyed the main talk that was given by Rebekah Freston. She talked about what to do when you hit rock bottom. I will attach her talk at the end of this post. She graciously sent me her talk.

After we had done all that we wanted to do today at Homie, we left to go see Sitting Bull Falls. This fall is beautiful and very tall. Even though New Mexico has been in a 5 year drought, the fall is still running. Asher was tired, perhaps from the time change back to Mountain Time or maybe from our late nights, so he stayed back to nap.

The walk to see the falls was about a quarter of a mile.

We enjoyed a very peaceful moment watching the water fall. The sound of water running is always calming to me.

The rest of the night was spent resting and eating dinner. Our day of rest was very much needed.

That looks like a lovely day
