MONDAY JUNE 22, 2020 DINOSAUR MUSEUM AND WE GOT IN TROUBLE

Llama.  Seriously.  It does not get old to see all kids of animals hahaha
Have you ever seen like 20 deer walking around acting like they are human and can just hang out on the corner??  We saw seriously like 6 deer today doing just that.  It was hilarious.:)))  A local said they act like that all the time.  They aren't afraid of humans and they just do what they want.  That is so funny to me.                                                                                                                                                        We promised Taj that we would go to the Dinosaur museum today.  He was so excited.  The rest of us enjoyed it too.  The museum here is super small compared to. . . say. .  the one at Thanksgiving Point, UT.   That one is huge.  This one was like 3 rooms and a gift shop.  We still had a fun day and learned about dinosaurs.  We decided to wear masks but they weren't mandatory.

After the Dinosaur Museum, P and I played at the park and took funny pictures :)   The boys went down and played on their jump that they were making.
We got new neighbors and they needed a lot of help so Scotty jumped in.He spent at least an hour and a half helping them.
Then after Scotty was done helping our neighbors, one of the campsite workers came over and yelled at Scotty and I.  She said that our kids were horribly behaved. They were playing too rough on the park toys and that they  build a ramp.  She continued that it must have taken them hours to build the ramp which meant that they were unsupervised for that long span of time. She told us that if we don't control our kids then we were going to get kicked out of the campsite.  Little did she know that we were with them while they built the ramp.  And when we talked to the kids they told us what they were doing on the swings,  Yes, they were playing rough.  That is how they play.  Any of you who know our kids know that they aren't these perfect little kids who sit and shovel sand in their buckets without throwing sand.  I have wild kids.  So we brought the kids in and told them what happened.  They were sad and upset.  It's a shame.  They feel like they can't enjoy their time here now.   I guess it was bound to happen.  I mean, we are the family that has a kid who was kicked out of pre-school and kids who have taught other kids less then safe things to do.   So, we will just lay low for the next 2 days.  We don't want to upset anyone.  In 10 years we will laugh about this.  I'm thinking that we should keep that as a stat: How many parks we get kicked out of hahahaha

  1. Ah, just tell the worker that your kids just escaped quarantine and the California protests, and they haven't been out of the house or on a playground in 3 months, but they will do their best to play nicely. :)
