FRIDAY JUNE 12, 2020 - GOODBYE MOAB :( HELLO GRAND JUNCTION COLORADO

My last picture of our trailer in Moab while we got gas.  Goodbye beautiful Moab!
We drove 113 miles today to Grand Junction, Colorado.  Leaving Moab was so sad.  We had so much fun there and really fell in love with Gods creation. Our earth is so magnificent.   We are getting pretty fast at packing up the trailer and unpacking it.  I think I will start timing us now and see how fast we can do it.  Then try to beat our time. The thing that takes the longest is packing and unpacking all our bikes.                                               We left this morning around 7ish.  The drive was short and easy.  The 3 boys actually stayed in the trailer and slept the whole time. Pepper was in the truck with us and she played games while we drove. We pulled into our campground and were supper happy to have a ton of space to park. I try to get pull-throughs as much as possible. Backing our trailer into a spot is very difficult.  On our site is a tree!!!  We love our tree.                                                                    LANDSCAPE PICTURES DURING OUR DRIVE

                                                                                                    PICTURES OF OUR CAMPSITE

After we set up the kids wanted to go ride a BMX park.  We found one in Fruita. They said it wasn't as good as Moab but it was still fun. They met other kids and enjoyed getting their energy out.

After the bike park I had to get our windshield fixed. A rock flew and hit it and made a little crack. We got it filled so That it didn't turn into a huge crack.
Then we were all super hungry.  We found an Einstein Bagel!!!  I haven't eaten at one of those since college.  Yummy
The Vietnam Memorial Park was right by where we ate so we had to stop and pay our respects.  This was really cool to see.  Taj was so impressed that he wanted to shake one of the Vets hands.  He found one to shake:)
Enstom is a local candy store. The kids had to check it out.  They got these freaking huge Jaw Breakers.  Holly Huge!!!!
We went to Mi Mexico for dinner.  Since it is still Ashers birthday month we had the servers sing happy birthday to him.  Hahahahah.  We all about died when they put that funny hat on Ashers' head. Then the other kids had to try it on. Now we all have big fat stomachs and need to sleep off our mexican food hangover :)

This is our sunset here in Grand Junction. Good Night everyone
